All the Shareholders of an Animal Giving the Entire Animal in Charity

Q: Is it permissible for all the shareholders of an animal to give the entire animal in charity?

A: It is permissible.

ولو تصدق بالكل جاز ولو حبس الكل لنفسه جاز وله ان يدخر الكل لنفسه فوق ثلاثة ايام الا ان اطعامها والتصدق بها افضل الا ان يكون الرجل ذا عيال و غير موسع الحال فان الافضل حينئذ ان يدعه لعياله و يوسع عليهم به كذا فى البدائع (الهندية 5/300)
