Qurbaani of an Animal Whose Horns Were Broken Off

Q: Can qurbaani be made of an animal whose horns are broken off?

A: If the horns have broken off from the roots, it will not suffice for qurbaani. However if it did not break off from the roots, it will suffice.

ويجوز بالجماء التي لاقرن لها وكذا مكسورة القرن وإن بلغ الكسر المشاش لايجزيه والمشاش رؤس العظام مثل الركبتين والمرفقين (الهندية ص297 ج5 )
