Will Abu Lahab receive cold water every Monday in Jahannum?

Q: Is it true that because Abu Lahab freed the slave that brought the news of Nabi’s (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) birth to him, every monday in jahannam he’ll be given a glass of cold water to drink.

A: No, this is not established in any book of hadeeth.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
