Q: Different “Rasam o Riwaj” on weddings like “mehndi, band baja, bhangra, music” are sinful activities. If we performing wedding in Muharram and Safar, then the sin of these activities remain same or higher?

Bismillaah

A: The sin is the same. However, in the four sacred months (Zul Qa`dah, Zul Hijjah, Muharram and Rajab) and in sacred places (Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawwarah) one needs to be even more careful.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
