Wearing something to protect one from nazar

Q: Is it permissible to wear any black dora on the stomach, feet or hand for women or a baby for nazar? You read and wear it?

Bismillaah

A: If it is an elaaj it is permissible, provided it does not contain anything of the nature of kufr and shirk.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
