Purchasing a property with a betting company as tenants

Q: If a person buys a property and the tenants are a betting company and old mutual, with a lease of two years, can the person buy the property with that kind of tenants? If yes, can he continue with the same tenants after two years?

Bismillaah

A: The purchase is correct. However, he will have to terminate the lease.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
