Kissing one’s niece while sleeping

Q: I am a married man. My brother’s 6 year old daughter sleeps with me. While sleeping, I kissed her neck. When I realized, I moved away. Does this affect my nikaah?

Bismillaah

A: No. In future, take precaution and never do this again.
