Carrying out the damm in the Haram

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If one is in ihraam and breaks one of the rules of ihraam which will require correcting the action by slaughtering a sheep (damm) – does the sheep have to be slaughtered in Makkah, or can it be done when you get home to your country of residence?

Bismillaah

A: It should be done in the Haram.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
