Meaning of the names Nazeem or Naazim

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I would like to know the correct spelling and pronounciation of a name. Is it Natheem/Nazeem/Nazim, ناظيم /نظيم and the meaning of it.

Is it also allowed to to name a boy with it by adding Muhammad before the name?

Bismillaah

A: There is no exact equivalent in English for Arabic names. Nazeem is right and Naazim. Naazim is the one who organises and arranges things and puts them in order. Nazeem means something that is perfectly arranged.

Yes.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
