Q: Alhamdulillah, by the fazl of Allah I’m doing shar’ee pardah by covering my face,wearing gloves and socks, etc. But I live in a very hot and humid place.
My question is, can I use any other coloured cloth, I mean other than black, for my burka as the black colour absorbs heat and makes it tough to carry?
A: Yes, as long as it is unattractive.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
