Brownish discharge during pregnancy

Q: I am pregnant and I have discharge all day and night also, but one day when I woke up, I saw some brownish bloody discharge and the next day also when I woke up again I saw some yellowish discharge with little bit brown spots. Do I need to do ghusal although there was no wet dream nor any type of sexual desire?

A: Just wash out the impurity and make wudhu.
