Q: What is the document in shariah to take fatwa from majority of scholars?

Bismillaah

A: The procedure is that you look at an aalim who is reliable, reputable, authentic and not inclined towards the dunya and its comforts, and you may refer to him for all your deeni matters.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
