Touching one’s sister while she is sleeping and masturbating

Q: If someone touched his sister’s breasts (she was sleeping at that time) while masturbating. Will this nullify their parents marriage?

Bismillaah

A: This is a major sin that you have committed. One should sincerely repent to Allah Ta’ala for committing this sin and make a firm resolve that he will never repeat this in the future. However, this will not cause the nikaah of his parents to break.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
