1. Is there equality in marriage between a Gujarati boy and a Pashtun girl?

2. Is there equality in lineage between Gujaratis and Pashtuns?

Bismillaah

A:

1. The things that are taken into consideration in non-Arabs is their social standing, their commitment to deen and occupation.

2. Non-arabs have lost their lineage. And when they are non-Arabs then there is no question of lineage.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
