Q: There are many ahadith that speak about the person who is the best of Muslims. Can we summarize all of those ahadith and say that the best Muslim is the one who has the best character? Also who is this the best person according to the Quran?
A: The one who adopts taqwa in all facets of his life is the best person. The reason is that such a person will adopt the best character when dealing with people, fulfil the commands of Shari’ah and refrain from its prohibitions at all times.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
