Keeping the name Ayah Zia or Ayah Ikhlaas

Q: Is it ok if I write the name ‘Ayah Zia’ or ‘Ayah Ikhlaas’ is this okay? I know the seperate meaning of them but is it ok to put them together as first name Ayah and second name either to be ikhlaas or zia. This is for my newborn daughters name.

Q: As per your suggestion, we have changed our daughter’s name from Ayah Ikhlaas to Amaira Rizqin. Request you to please suggest if this is correct and suitable name for my daughter.
