Talaaq before seclusion with one’s wife

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I give talaq three times in written form six years ago to my wife and before rukhsati. Now if I want to remarry that same girl what should I do?

Bismillaah

A: If there was no seclusion between the two of you at all and the talaaqs were written separately then only one talaaq has fallen. In such a case you may remarry her.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
