Q: Is it mentioned in the Quran that The Holy Prophet can’t guide the people, it is Allah who guides?
A: Guiding is of different levels, one is to teach, instruct and show. The nabi does this level of guidance. The other is for the guidance to penetrate the heart. This is the work of Allah Ta`ala alone.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
