Q: Is it permissible to pursue a career as a state prosecutor?
A: To support and help justice as justice is defined by Islam is permissible, and Islam is not responsible for the injustices and wrongs of others. Hence, if there is something in the legal system that is not in conformity with the standard of shariah then it is incorrect, and to support it is also incorrect.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
