Will tea and juice be permissible to drink if it has bubbles on the sides?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: There is a hadith in Sunan an Nasai #5731.

So if I see small bubbles on the sides of tea and milk is it not allowed? Furthermore, there was a freshly squeezed juice of peaches and it had thick foam on top, what is the ruling?

Bismillaah

A: This Hadith refers to the impermissibility of intoxicants. It does not refer to the bubbles on the tea, milk, or freshly squeezed juice, etc.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
