Making masah on ankle length boots

Q: Is it permissible to make masah on thick hard leather ankle length shoes? E.g.: Bronx

Bismillaah

A: If it covers the ankles and all the rules pertaining to the khuffain are found then it is permissible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
