Wearing colourful scarfs

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it permissible for woman in parda to wear another type of cloth except only black. Example wearing a pink kimar and black veil.

A: It is permissible. However, this should be done in the house. When she is in public the shar`ee requirement is that the outer cloth must be as unattractive as possible.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
