Reciting “Hasbunallahu wa ni`mal wakeel”

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Are these words shirk “Hasbunallahu wa ni`mal wakeel” and “Azizun qaaf qawiyyun latif”?

Bismillaah

A: The first du`aa (Hasbunallahu wa ni`mal wakeel) and others are words of the Qur’aan and the attributes of Allah. Qaaf is from the huroof-e-muqatta`aat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
