Consuming halaal in a foreign country

Q: I’m a student in Germany and if you have a background about killing animals in Germany is it halal to buy/eat meat from any German supermarket or restaurant please?

Bismillaah

A: No, unless the owner is a proper Muslim committed to halaal and haraam.
