What does this mean “Whoever Allah misguides, no one can guide him”?

Q: I read somewhere that whoever Allah misguides, no one can guide him. What does this exactly mean?

Bismillaah

A: In all matters the final decision is Allah’s. Nobody’s decision prevails over His.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
