Wearing colour niqaabs

Q: Regarding niqab, is color permissible? Is there anything saying color is impermissible? Or will it depend on factors such as where you live.

A: It is important that the niqaab and abaya be totally unattractive.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
