Q: A mother has two daughters who are working and her husband passed away. She got 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Who is responsible to take care of her financial and medical needs?

A: If her two daughters are financially stable then they should see to her financial and medical needs. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
