Joining two Salaahs in one Salaah time

Q: When is it permissible to join two salaahs; also what is the niyyat and method?

Bismillaah

A: It is not permissible to join two salaahs besides in Muzdalifah.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
