Nikaah with Ahle Kitab: To Convert or Not to Convert?

Q: Can we do nikaah with ahle kitab. I mean with a Christian girl, or should I tell her to accept Islam as a religion first then I will be able to do nikaah.

A: Nikaah with ahle kitaab has been strongly condemned by our ulama on account of the wrongs that are associated with it and the consequences of such a relationship.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
