Selling the new £5 note for more than it’s value

Q: What is the Islamic ruling with reference please of the following. In the united kingdom the new £5 notes have become quite popular in being sold because of serial numbers such as AK47 AND AAA etc. The ulama have ruled its not jaiz to sell because it comes under riba. Can you please confirm and give references.

A: If it has not yet become a collectors item, then it should be treated according to its value.
