Washing off urine from one’s hand

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: When I go to the bathroom, one drop of urine is sprinkled on the hand while passing urine. I washed my hand with water without soap. Is it permissible to perform Salaah and can recite Qur’an or else should I bath again?

Bismillaah

A: Yes, you do not have to use soap. Merely using water will suffice.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
