Running the sewerage pipe under the bedroom floor

Q: I am going to construct my house in India. As the space of the plot is less than (30×40),  I had to pass the sewerage and sanitary pipeline through my bedroom at an inclination of 30 to 45 degrees buried below the flooring. Is this acceptable?
