Donation for the family of a deceased non-Muslim

Q: At work they collect money for non-Muslims deceased and or their family member. Can we give money for this collection?

Bismillaah

A: If the families are in need, you may assist them. However you should not contribute towards the burial expenses.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
