Pronunciation of شيماء

Q: In the name “شيماء” Shaymaa’ Do you do the elongation when pronouncing it or do you just join the ma straight to the hamzah without elongating? So pronounced like “Shayma'” rather than “Shaymaa'”, which one is correct?

A: It will be with elongation.
