1. What is classed as a qareeb?

قال قوم : هي قرابة كل ذي رحم محرم وقال آخرون . كل قريب محرما كان أو غيره

2. Is the husbands brothers wife a qareeb?

1. Both are qareeb.

2. No, but you can spend on her.

A: It will refer to any relative, whether mahram or not.
