my question regarding Talaaq if the conditional Talaaq is happened I write the question in roman Urdu as it explained the situation as it is Doran-e laraie zaid na apni bivi sa kaha ka agar tumahin meri zuroorat nahi ha tu ma tmhain talaq deta hoo kiya iss soorat ma talaq waqa hogee Jazakallah
Answer:
In the above instance if the wife said “I am not in need of you” in the same gathering then the Talaaq has been affected. And if the wife did not say anything in that very gathering but said something later on in a different gathering then nothing will happen. That is because the condition of the husband was restricted to the gathering in which he uttered his statement.
