Al-salam Alaikom!
I work as a call centre agent for a mortgage refinance company.. I connect the home owners that already have a mortgage and they are interested in refinance with lower interested rates with the investors or lenders. The company’s name is Convoy Home Loans.
I am afraid there is a shobha in this kind of work due to the interests and would be considered as Riba I am not sure. Please help!

Based on our understanding, Convoy Home Loans is a national mortgage broker. As your primary role is to connect clients with lenders who will be lending on interest, you are in essence directing clients to something which is unlawful. Even though you are not engaging in an unlawful contract, you are directing others towards something which is unlawful, which is also impermissible. For this reason, you should look for an alternative role.
