Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by FatwaCentre.org
Question

I want sell this shoe but I’m not sure about it being haram brand or It could be a copy of that haram brand shoe but different brand name. What should I do? Can I sell one product from another online seller which I don’t have and I will be a broker between them without my customer knowing and get my commission from the seller when their trading is done? Seller will be aware of this and should I also tell it the customer?

Answer

We are not sure what you mean by a haram brand and would require further clarification on that part in order to provide a response to that question.

It is permissible for you to work as a broker and earn commission on sales. For the purpose of transparency you should inform the buyer that you are acting as a broker and that the sale will be taking place between them and the seller. However, if this was not disclosed it would not render the transaction invalid.
