Kalima tayyiba 70 thousand times without wudu

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwa.org.au
We know that reciting the kalimah 70 000 times will remove the punishment from the grave inshaAllah. Does this mean that we have to be in the state of wudu when reciting the kalimah for this virtue to take effect or can it be recited without wudu like any other usual dhikr, and the reward/virtue will stay the same?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

It can be recited without wudu like any other zikr.

And Allah knows best.
