End of fajr time

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwa.org.au
If Fajr is at 4:41
Dawn is at 5:38
Sunrise is at 6:03

then what is the latest time i can offer Fajr?

I offered it at 5:40 after dawn and I looked outside and there was a little bit of light (i.e. it was not completely dark, but not full sunlight either).

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Fajr time ends at sunrise. It is normal for some light to appear before sunrise.

If the sun rises before one finishes his Fajr salat, he has to do qadaa of it after sunrise (i.e. approx. 20 minutes after sunrise). In the example you gave, you have to finish your Fajr salat before 6:03.
