Q: What is the proper method of disposal of nails and hair? Is flushing it down the sink permissible?
A:
As all parts of the human body demand respect, we have been instructed to respectfully bury hair, nails etc. Flushing it down the sink results in these being mixed with impurities which is not respectful and thus should be avoided.
