Question:
Assalamu alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh
Our Masjid is being reconstructed after demolition of an old structure, is it compulsory to perform the five salat in jamaat at least for a few people on the masjid land/site where regular five times salat were performed, until the masjid is completed.

Answer:
Assalamu alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh
It is not compulsory prayers are performed on the exact masjid land whilst it is being reconstructed. The prayers must be performed in a musallah or another masjid of the locality.
