I live in Delhi and got married with a girl from Bareilly under Muslim law. My wife was living in Bareilly with their parents since 14-November-2009 and in my 3.5 years of married life, she hardly spent 1.5 years with me. Even she did not inform me about my child birth. I wrote her letter to call her back but she did not return. As I was suffering a lot, and after waiting her for long 9 months, I had no other choice except divorce, so I divorced her over phone on 26-Augist-2010. Is my divorce valid? Can I go for marriage again?
