I am Zubair from Farrukhabad. My uncle died this year, he was unmarried, and he was in railways. How his money will be divided between his two brothers and two sisters?

If there is no other heir except of two brothers and two sisters then the money of the deceased brother shall be divided into six shares. Out of the six shares, 2-2 shares shall go to each brother while 1-1 share shall go to each sister. The division shall be as per the Quranic verse: للذكر مثل الانثيين

Sisters: 2×1= 2
Total: 6 shares
