A person who got two wives one is living in Europe and another in Pakistan and she want to give equal rights to her both wives. He needs to bring her second wife in Europe as well but the only way that he brings his second wife in Europe if he divorces his first wife according to the rules in documents. What should he do now?

You should spend 3 or 3.5 months in Europe with your wife there and spend the same duration with your wife in Pakistan. If this is practical for you then you should adopt it as in this case you will not have to divorce any wife and neither will you violate the rights of any of them.
