My husband had a fight with my mother in law. My mother in law is having a lot of complains about me. In frustration my husband said this sentence to my mother in law on phone “”main abhi ees ko talaq day kay ghar say nikal daita honh”” My question is that is 1 talaq count or not? Thanks

This word is not of talaq, rather it is expression of readiness for giving talaq; hence no talaq took place with this sentence.
