What are the conditions for offering Namaz-e-Eid? Can Namaz-e-Eid be offered in a village?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 813/L=292/tl=1432)

It is necessary for the two Eid salah to be valid that the place where it is offered is a city, town or big village. The salah of Eid is not lawful in small village.
تجب صلاتهما على من تجب عليه الجمعة بشرائطها المتقدمه سوی الخطبة فانها سنة بعدها وفى القنية: صلاة العيد فى القرى تكره تحريما (الدر المختار مع الشامى:3/45)
