Does one need to make sure water passes through their hair above the beard while making wudu?

When one is making wudu and his hair above the beard on the side by the forehead is thick does water need to go through that hair?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 707/L=256/tl=1432)

It is not necessary to let the water reach to the root of thin beard.
