Is Zaid’s daughter’s nikah valid if he had pre-30s contact with the woman?

Zaid had sexual contact to some woman before thirty years. Now the proposal of that woman’s son has come for Zaid’s daughter. Is this nikah valid?

Yes, it is lawful.
