Asalaamu ALakum – Dear, Could you pls let me know -Is claiming CAR Insurance for repairs permissible in Shriah or not?. Every year I pay RS 10000 as CAR insurance but till now I have not claimed the money when every I use to get the CAR repaired. May Allah reward you for the your services.
Answer:
(Fatwa: 2527/2087=B/1429)
If the insurance company is bound to repair as per the rule, you can claim the repair charges. If there is no such rule, you shall not have the right.
